Hello, I’m Erika Brunwasser, a Parent Coach and Educator based in Westport, CT.

Being a parent is a tough job. Sometimes we feel like we’ve got it all together and can handle anything that comes our way. Other times, it feels overwhelming and impossible to manage it all. Kids are always changing. Just when we think we have a handle on things, our kids surprise us with the next stage in their development.

One thing I’ve learned in my 13 years of working with parents and families is that challenges happen. Life is full of ups and downs. No child or family life is perfect, and there’s no reason to go through a hard time without the support of an experienced professional. I believe that as parents, our attitude towards our children has a tremendous impact on their well-being. When I help a parent transform their mindset, the whole family benefits.

If you are looking to feel more connected to your child, to help them through a challenge, or simply to feel more calm and confident as a parent, let’s chat!

I offer free 20 minute confidential phone consultations, and can’t wait to hear about you and your family.
